Ingredients
- 1 oz yuzu juice (bottled is fine)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5 oz sparkling water
- Ice

Method
Whisk the honey with the yuzu and lemon juice until smooth. Fill a glass with ice, add the citrus-honey mix, then mix in the Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
