Ingredients
- 8 oz apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick

- 1 star anise
- 1 strip orange peel

Method
Gently warm the cider with the cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and orange peel Remove from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes, then mix in the Strain into a mug and garnish with an apple slice and the cinnamon stick.
