Jeweled twist on the classic

Ingredients

• 8–10 fresh mint leaves
• 2 oz pomegranate juice
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 tbsp simple syrup
• 4 oz sparkling water
• Crushed ice
• 1 × 10mg Last Call
• Mint sprig and pomegranate seeds, to garnish

Method

1. Muddle the mint with the simple syrup and lime juice.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice, add the pomegranate juice, then mix in the Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig and a scatter of pomegranate seeds.
