Ingredients
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2–3 thin jalapeño slices (seeds removed for less heat)
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz sparkling water
- Ice
- 1 × 10mg Last Call
- Jalapeño slice and pineapple wedge, to garnish
Method
Lightly muddle the jalapeño slices in the bottom of a glass. Add the pineapple juice, lime juice, and ice, then mix in the **10mg Last Call**. Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a jalapeño slice and pineapple wedge.
Tip: Muddle longer for more heat, less for a gentle warmth.
