Sweet-tart lemon sipper
Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz sparkling water or chilled white grape juice
- Ice
- 1 × 10mg Last Call
- Sugar rim and lemon twist, to garnish
Method
Rim a coupe glass with sugar. Add the lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice, then mix in the Strain into the glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Tip: Regular lemons work too — just add a touch more syrup to balance.
