Smoky-sweet and bold

Ingredients

• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 dashes non-alcoholic aromatic bitters
• 4 oz cold brew tea or sparkling water
• Ice
• 1 × 10mg Last Call
• Orange peel (expressed) and a rosemary sprig, to garnish

Method

1. Add the lemon juice, maple syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice, then mix Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
2. Top with cold brew tea or sparkling water and stir.
3. Express an orange peel over the top and garnish with rosemary.

Tip: For a smoky aroma, briefly char the rosemary sprig before garnishing.
