Tart grapefruit with a piney herb edge
Ingredients
- 4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp rosemary simple syrup
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice
- 1 × 10mg Last Call
- Rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge, to garnish
Method
Fill a glass with ice. Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rosemary syrup, then mix in the Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge.
Tip: Make rosemary syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water with a few sprigs, then straining.
