Spiced, sparkling crowd-pleaser

Ingredients

• 2 cups pear nectar
• ½ cup fresh lemon juice
• ¼ cup ginger syrup (or 2 inches grated ginger steeped in honey water)
• 3 cups chilled ginger ale or sparkling water
• 6 × 10mg Last Call (one per serving)
• Pear slices and thin ginger coins, to garnish
• Ice ring or large cubes

Method

1. In a punch bowl, combine the pear nectar, lemon juice, and ginger syrup.
2. Add the **6 × 10mg Last Call** and stir thoroughly until fully blended.
3. Add the ginger ale and an ice ring just before serving.
4. Garnish with pear slices and ginger coins.
5. Ladle about 6 oz per glass.
