Spicy and zesty with a little kick.

Ingredients

• 1-2 inches fresh ginger, grated or muddled
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1-2 tbsp simple syrup
• 6-8 oz sparkling water or non-alcoholic ginger beer
• Ice
• 1 × 10mg Last Call
• Lime wedge and mint for garnish

Method

1. Muddle the ginger with lime juice and syrup.
2. Add ice, mix in 1 × 10mg Last Call, and top with the sparkling liquid.
3. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge and mint.
