Bold coffee mocktail.

Ingredients

• 2 oz fresh espresso (or strong cold brew coffee), cooled
• 2 oz oat milk or almond milk
• 1 oz simple syrup or coffee syrup
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice (for brightness)
• Ice
• 1 × 10mg Last Call
• Coffee beans or cocoa powder for garnish

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add the cooled espresso, milk, simple syrup, and lemon juice, then mix in 1 × 10mg Last Call.
3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans or a light cocoa dusting.

Tip: Use decaf espresso if you want it as an evening drink.
