Ingredients
- ½ cup dragon fruit (pitaya) chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp agave or simple syrup
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice

Method
- Blend the dragon fruit with the lime juice and agave until smooth.
