Crisp, spa-style cucumber mocktail.

Ingredients

• ½ cucumber, sliced (plus more for garnish)
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1-2 tbsp simple syrup or agave
• 6-8 oz sparkling water or club soda
• Ice
• 1 × 10mg Last Call
• Lime slice and cucumber ribbon for garnish

Method

1. Muddle the cucumber slices with lime juice and sweetener in a glass.
2. Add ice and mix in 1 × 10mg Last Call.
3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and lime slice.
