Ingredients
- 6–8 fresh basil leaves
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp simple syrup

Method
Muddle the basil with the simple syrup in a glass. Add all three citrus juices and ice, then mix in the **10mg Last Call**. Top with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and a citrus wheel.
