Ingredients
- 3 oz pear nectar
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cinnamon simple syrup
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice

Method
Fill a glass with ice. Add the pear nectar, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup, then mix in the Top with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a pear slice and a light dusting of cinnamon.
