Cool, rich, after-dinner

Ingredients

• 5 oz chocolate milk or oat-chocolate milk
• ¼ tsp peppermint extract (or 4 muddled mint leaves)
• 2 oz sparkling water
• Ice
• 1 × 10mg Last Call
• Mint sprig and chocolate shavings, to garnish

Method

1. Stir the peppermint extract into the chocolate milk.
2. Pour over ice and mix in the **10mg Last Call**.
3. Top with sparkling water for a light fizz and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and chocolate shavings.

Tip: Skip the sparkling water and blend with ice for a frozen version.
